The Nitrox training program can be complete either dry or wet. You do not need to dive nitrox to complete the course!
However we do recommend doing the course in combination with dives to get the full experience and understand first hand its benefits!

Course Overview
Nitrox will allow you to stay longer and various depths, dependant on the gas you breathe! The nitrox course will introduce you to the management of diving with different gases
We meet each day at our dive center at 7:45am and assemble gear and then either travel to pool or dive boats together from there!Â
Logistics
Prior to day 1 students will have some online theory to complete
Day 1 Dry course – Knowledge review and classroom session
Day 1 Wet session – We go on our large diving boats to complete 2 dives and put our nitrox skills into real life practice!Â

Can I get my PADI with you?
At Thai Ocean Academy we focus on training the RAID way. We find that RAID is better aligned with our pace and high standards of diver training. The certifications issued are recognized world wide, and are accepted by all other major agencies
When Should I complete my Advanced Scuba Training?
We typically recommend to complete your Explorer 30 (Advanced) training soon after your Open Water training. This allows you to quickly reinforce all the basic skills you learned, while task loading with more advanced ideas.Â
