The RAID Divemaster Program is the first step toward becoming a dive professional. Designed for experienced divers who are passionate about the underwater world, this course develops the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to supervise certified divers, assist with diver training, and support dive operations.
At Thai Ocean Academy in Pattaya, you’ll gain extensive practical experience through real dive operations, leadership training, rescue skill refinement, dive planning, risk management, and environmental awareness. Working closely with our experienced RAID Instructor Trainers, you’ll build the professionalism and confidence needed to work in the global diving industry while embracing our commitment to safe, responsible, and environmentally conscious diving.

Each day we will meet at the dive center at 7:30am. During your internship you will have varying levels of responsibility and courses to undertake each day. The divemaster internship includes unlimited diving during your stay for up to 6 months
Fast Course – 3 weeks (45,000 THB)

Internship – including accommodation (3 months) and unlimited diving for 1 year (95,000)

We typically recommend to complete your Explorer 30 (Advanced) training soon after your Open Water training. This allows you to quickly reinforce all the basic skills you learned, while task loading with more advanced ideas.Â
