Flow for RAID Registration

How to Register and start your RAID Training Program

  1. Visit the RAID Website: Go to Diveraid.mobi and click on the “Login and Register” button.

  2. Create a Profile:

    • Click “Register” in the top right corner.
    • Enter your personal information, including your mobile number, and create a password.
    • Select the dive center you’ll be associated with (e.g., Thai Ocean Academy Bangkok).
    • Read and accept the liability agreements.
  3. Complete Your Profile:

    • After registering, log in and go to the Profile Tab.
    • Submit an online Medical, Liability Release and Safe Diving Practices form.
    • Answer all medical questions truthfully. If you answer “yes” to any, you will need to see a doctor for clearance.
    • Download the Diver Medical Questionnaire if answered “Yes” and bring the signed version to your first in-water session.
    • Upload a Profile Photo: Ensure it is a clear, head-and-shoulder shot of your face.
  4. Access Free eLearning:

    • RAID offers unlimited free eLearning, so even before paying for training, you can access the online theory.
    • Go to the Free eLearning Tab and enroll in the appropriate course (e.g., Try Dive, Open Water 20).
  5. Complete the Online Theory:

    • For the Try Dive course: Read through the provided manual (about 12 pages) and complete a short quiz (5 questions).
    • For the Open Water 20 course: Complete 9 sections, including topics like diving environment, equipment, and safety.
    • Open both the manual and the quiz side by side to make studying easier.
  6. Final Steps Before In-Water Training:

    • Once you’ve completed all quizzes, you will need to visit the dive center to finalize your course enrollment.
    • Your instructor will review the quizzes and assist with the final exam.
    • Ensure your profile, medical clearance, and all necessary documents are completed before arriving.

This process ensures that you have all the knowledge needed before getting in the water, and the free eLearning courses allow you to start learning even before officially booking your dives
